The adoption of our sweet Vera has been an incredible journey that the Lord put in our hearts over a  year ago and has brought to completion! All Glory to Him! Through this adoption, God has shown us that the adoption of a child is a wonderful metaphor of how God adopts each of us into his family when we accept Jesus as our Savior. "Having predestined us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will." Ephesians 1:5
