As of January 1, 2012, Russian law states that all court proceedings must have a 30 day appeals period. Prior to this, there was a 10 day appeals period. So, we will be making 3 trips to Russia instead of 2...bummer. At this point we are waiting for a court date. We anticipate that we will go to court in February, which would put our 3rd trip and Gotcha Day in March. Even though it is not that far away, it feels like this time is moving at a glacial pace. We can't wait to bring our daughter home!
