Now that our home study is officially complete, we have begun to apply for grants. We are buried in paperwork, being 'paper pregnant' has turned into being pregnant with paper! We are having a garage sale on July 30th to help raise much needed funds. Our garage is starting to fill up, and we are so grateful to those who are donating to our sale.
We recently learned that a Bi-lateral Adoption Agreement between Russia and the US was signed. All we know is that we need to get our registration (dossier) for Krasnodar complete and sent to them asap. We don't know the full implications of this yet, but when the agreement goes into full affect there will most likely be additional paperwork and delays in the process.
